JSplash Studios Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data GtrWiz collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any content you create in the app.
3. How We Use Your Information
Attribution & Advertising – We use the AppsFlyer SDK to understand which ads lead users to install GtrWiz and to measure campaign performance with partners such as Meta (Facebook), Google Ads, and X.
Analytics – Aggregate, de-identified data helps us improve app stability and prioritize new features.
Security & Fraud Prevention – Device and network data assist in detecting invalid traffic.
4. Sharing of Information
We share the data in Section 2 only with:
AppsFlyer Ltd. – Our mobile attribution provider
Advertising Networks – Limited to Meta Ads, Google Ads, and X Ads, strictly for attribution and campaign optimization
Service Providers – Analytics or cloud-hosting vendors who process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations
We never sell your data.
5. Legal Bases & Consent
For users in jurisdictions that require consent (e.g., EU/UK GDPR):
We rely on legitimate interest for basic app analytics.
For advertising identifiers, we request your consent via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt (iOS) or Google Play’s consent mechanisms (Android). You may decline at any time.
6. Your Choices
Opt-Out of Tracking – In iOS, go to Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking and disable permission for GtrWiz. In Android, reset or limit the Advertising ID in Settings › Privacy › Ads.
Opt-Out of AppsFlyer Analytics – Follow the instructions at https://www.appsflyer.com/optout.
Delete or Restrict Your Data – To erase or restrict analytics and attribution data held by our attribution partner, visit the AppsFlyer Privacy Rights Portal at https://www.appsflyer.com/legal/services-privacy-policy/ and submit your device’s advertising identifier. AppsFlyer will process the request in line with GDPR/CCPA and notify us when the deletion is complete.
7. International Transfers
App data is processed on servers that may be located outside your country. We use standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards where required.
8. Children
GtrWiz is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in technology, law, or our practices. Material changes will be notified in-app or via our website at least 7 days before they take effect.
